We allow up to two dogs with a pet fee.
Guests will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire basement apartment. There is no guest access to the upstairs apartment, which is occupied by long-term renters.

• Prepare meals in the full-size, well-appointed kitchen featuring a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Put all patio cushions back in the deck trunk
Confirm all grill burners are off, the propane tank is closed, and the grill is covered
Put all used towels and robes on the bathroom floor
Let us know which beds were used
Please do NOT strip beds
