This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was construction happening g that we were made aware of and caused issues with my autistic nephew. However, they did apologize and provided some compensation. But it made things difficult for him. Additionally, there were people constantly walking through the property and we had no idea who they were and it did not make us comfortable. Before renting this place, I would ask a lot of questions.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the freshly renovated unit at Breezeland. Spacious and cozy for our family of 5 adults. Steps from the beach. Everything was just as pictured. No complaints. We will definitely stay again! Only improvement could be to trim just a few of the outside shrubs for a better view of the ocean.

We really enjoyed this spot. It was well situated on the beach with some awesome views out the patio window of the dunes and the ocean.Would’ve enjoyed a few more things to take care of the house— paper towels, soap, dishwasher detergent… the host stated these items needed to be brought but to me it’s a little draconian.Overall we will definitely be back though! We will bring our own toilet paper next time:)

We rented the downstairs of 545 Lumina. When we pulled in alittle worried as the outside was dated and the downstairs window showed all kinds of misc stuff piled in a room. However when we got inside the condo was lovely and renovated beautifully.Beds listed as queen are really double but comfortable.The decks facing the ocean were lovely but we had to use almost a whole box of wipes to clean the chairs and tables. Pictures available if needed. The downstairs outside are near shower was filthy. I.cleaned the whole area and hosed down the floor. There was a leaf blower left in middle of walkway.like someome stop right where they were and left. I would have used it to clean some more but no cord.Having people above you in non.sound proof is tough and upstairs was split into 2 rentals. All this being said being able to walk out 100 steps and be on.a.beautiful sandy beach waa glorious. This is a great.spot just need some housecleaning improvements.
