Gîte "La Truffière

Furnished cottage on a farm (goat breeding and selling cheese on the farm), completely refurbished, fully equipped a stone's throw from the Ardèche Gorges nature reserve.<br>Ideally located (15 minutes from Pont d'Arc valley and 20 minutes from the motorway exit Bollène or Montélimar south). Large swimming pool area of more than 280 m² accessible in full (to be shared with two other cottages for 4 people), all on a plot of more than 1.5 Ha with trees. Unique setting with exceptional heritage.<br>WIFI available but very random speed depending on the period ...<br>Proximity to the RD4 between the Rhône Valley and the Pont d'Arc valley (potentially heavy traffic depending on the time and the period).<br>
