A three-bedroom, two baths plus den, beautiful Florida style private home with its own caged pool and spa plus covered lanai is the perfect place to enjoy Naples. It is meticulously maintained with great attention to every detail. The residence boasts generously sized rooms, an abundance of windows, and a 10-foot ceiling height. The home comes fully equipped, with a laundry room and a two-car garage. All you need is your personal luggage.

The impressive master suite features a king-size quality mattress, luxury linens, dresser, nightstands, 52" TV, walk in closet and glass patio doors opening to the pool area. A private master bath completes this suite. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. One has king bed with upgraded mattress and linens and 50" TV. The other bedroom is appointed with upgraded mattress twin-size beds. There is an additional day bed in the den. The gourmet kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast counter with three bar stools. When the meal is prepared, a handsome dining table with six chairs welcomes you and guests to enjoy your meals. The kitchen opens to the family area containing a wall of sliding glass doors leading to the private lanai and pool area with a 65" TV and surround sound.

The outside welcomes you with a pristine heated pool and an elevated spa covered by a pool cage that is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage. When you have enough sun, a covered lanai with TV invites you to spend the day outdoors.

The Tuscan Beach House was perfect for ourselves and occasional guests. It was roomy and well supplied - we especially enjoyed the pool. Thank you to the owner and manager for their ease of rental and assistance. We will be back next winter season.

We loved everything about this home. It had everything we needed to make our family vacation fun and relaxing. Naples Park is a great location for shopping, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. From the moment we were greeted upon arriving at the house, we enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is well stocked, all the rooms were comfortable, relaxing spa and pool, beach chairs/towels, and most importantly the wonderful hospitality! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home :)

Our Florida Reunion

My children live all over the country and we came together last month for a vacation. Wayne and Dolores's home was the perfect reunion site. Plenty of space, open floor plan and amazing out-door living! In a week's time, we only ate out once, as the kitchen was well-equipped and felt like luxury cooking in such a beautiful home, with a great view of the pool. Beds were so comfortable and the master bath shower, with the small step-down is genius for keeping floors dry. Also, most convenient, is the quick drive to the beach. We road bikes a couple of times, but didn't mind the quick drive. We appreciated the parking pass that saved us daily fees. We' have rented several homes in Naples park, and we'll be returning to this one. We hated to leave and have zero recommendations for making it more comfortable or usable.

Awesome Naples getaway

The place was great! We arrived late and had to checkout really early and were able to get all the info via text message from the property manager and owner. The pool and hot tub were clean and so relaxing. The propane grill was already gassed up and ready to use. The kitchen was also stocked up with pots and pans and utensils ready to use. The neighborhood was really nice. There were quite a few other renters in the area so we had some noisy neighbors at one point but only a couple evenings. The location was perfect for being close to the beach and stores but also pretty quiet. We’ll definitely be back. We loved our vacation and even though we’re years away, we talked of retiring in the area like everyone else does in Florida lol!
