appartement agréable et spacieux

Appartement au calme , globalement agréable mais le couchage de la chambre parentale est en mauvais état.

Bonjour, Le matelas de la chambre parentale a été changé fin juillet 2022. Nous avons racheté ce matelas chez conforama neuf pour une valeur de 600 euros . Des locataires avaient en effet enlever les alèses et uriner sur le matelas. Donc durant votre séjour le matelas avait à peine 3 semaines. je dispose de la facture si vous le souhaitez. Si au bout de 3 semaines le matelas est en mauvais état, ce n'est certainement pas de notre fait mais le fait des locataires irrespectueux du bien d'autrui, irrespectueux des mesures que nous avons mis en place avec Antonia pour éviter ce genre de désagrément (alèse imperméable + alèse jetable sur tous les lits afin que les matelas restent propres et en parfait état). Appartement très bien placé et bien équipé

A 10/15 min à pied de la mer, vélos disponibles. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, propre et très confortable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement très agréable Manque table à repasser et fer Dommage que les vélos à disposition n était pas en bon etat(obliger de gonfler les pneus avant de s en servir et un des vélos avec fourche voilé) Il aurait été bien de les mettre en services et non aux locataires de faire le travail. Déçue vu que dans l annonce bien précisé vélos a disposition si on avait su on aurait ramener les nôtres. Pour nous un point très négatif car nous aurions apprécié de ne pas.prendre la voiture pendant notre séjour!!!

Bonjour, Les vélos mis à disposition sont les nôtres, et nous les proposons comme un plus mais cela ne rentre pas dans le prix de la location. Nous vérifions les vélos avant chaque début de saison. Cependant si les vélos ne sont pas utilisés pendant un moment il est normal que les pneus finissent par se dégonfler. Il y avait à votre disposition un compresseur afin de gonfler très facilement les pneus. Effectivement les vélos sont fait pour les petits déplacements dans Argelès. Cela sera précisé dans l'annonce ainsi que leur mise à disposition en l'état. En revanche toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied en 10 - 15 minutes maximum : plage, restaurants, commerces, port. Il est donc possible de ne pas utiliser sa voiture sauf si vous souhaitez visiter les alentours. Cordialement

Très bon séjour

Bel appartement situé dans une résidence très calme. Idéal avec des enfants. Tout est accessible à pied (plage et commerces). Très bon séjour
