The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was a very easy walk to the beach, just straight down the street. We thought it took less than 10 minutes. The outdoor space was also very nice. We just would've liked better lighting outside.

Would recommend!
Loved the house, especially the pool and hot tub! Very easy walk to the beach and is quiet in the evenings. Very reliable communication with property manager and checking in and out was a breeze. The only knock I have is that there was some trash in and around the pool.

Responsive manager and solid property
The property was in good shape, we had some issues with the pool but the manager responded immediately and fixed the issues within hours. Property was as described in the pictures. The location is busy though, behind a parking deck and businesses. This makes it more convenient but noisy. Surround homes are rentals and we had considerable noise from neighbors. Great property and well maintained. We recommend it if you don’t mind the noise.
