It was a great stay. 1 block, a 2 minute walk from the convention center, which was my destination. Nice apartment with everything you need and want. Stayed for 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations.

Place was great, I loved the ground floor entry. Even though it is called xs small house, it felt very spacious and plenty roomy. I would stay here again. Location served my purposes well.

Clean and well stocked as far as kitchen items for the stay. Nice tile bathroom, and white noise machine provided. That was a nice touch since on a busy road. Within walking distance of most places I wanted to go, and if not, near a subway station. Great location! Easy walk to Reading Market.

Me and my friends absolutely loved this modern gem of an apartment. It was only a 10 minute walk from Redding Terminal so we were going there every day! The ceilings were so tall, the AC blew ice cold and the balcony was lovely albeit tiny. The WiFi wasn’t working (but it worked for the TV? Confusing) during our stay, but we didn’t need it so it was no biggie. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need to cook and the washer/dryer combo machine was fancy; never gotten to use one of the combo units before. The bathroom was decently sized, but one annoyance was the fact that the shower lacked any kind of shelves for toiletries and hooks for washcloths. Overall, a great stay!

Great deal

Everything was great overall. Good location, loved terminal market. Parking was convenient. Room was clean and just as pictured. I was pretty excited to be able to book at the last minute without any issues. It was a good deal too, much better then staying in a hotel

Great place with a very unique architecture and use of space. Some quirks with this particular unit with bathroom downstairs from the upstairs bedroom. May be the only minus for us. Yes, there is noise from the freeway and intersection just outside your door but we both slept well despite that. Incredible location, extra close to convention center, Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown and Jefferson station. Check in was a breeze. Direct access to street from the front door had us concerned but was a non issue during our stay. So, couple minuses but too many pluses for me not to wanna reserve this place again.
