The rooms were clean; every bathroom had supplies for the duration of our stay. The communication with the host was nearly instantaneous. All the appliances worked.The stay was wonderful.

Friends gathering for the Duke reunion. Tons of room. One note: Uber drivers have a hard time with the location, so we started using the address across the street.

Very nice property in a great location that’s convenient to Duke University in downtown Durham. The only downside is that it’s a duplex that shares a wall so noise was an issue.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Duplex townhouse! Owner is quick to respond and super kind. He is dedicated to exceeding expectations and achieved exactly that! We love this location that is close to Duke! You will be impressed! I highly recommend this place! The unit was clean and newly renovated. So beautiful!

Durham trip

This townhome is well appointed and basically brand new. The bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are very large and a good investment for a stay in Durham. Easy access to any part of town and walking distance to Foster's Market and Guglhupf Bakery. Parking included and street parking was always available.

Great decision.

My mother, brother and myself traveled to Durham to celebrate a graduation. This was a lovely place to stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a nearby Biscuitville (if you know you know). The place was clean, spacious and cozy. We were so comfortable during our stay and had no issues. Would book again. 10/10.
