The view from the property was superb, with the windows opening up fully, it was truly a wonderful setting. The location is the closest to the beach you can find. The beach is perfect, so quiet, and huge. Highly recommend. The house was great, the shower had a funny smell and had a bit of hair, so the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Dining space and living area was huge, with lots of toys and safety features for kids. Would recommend for families! Basketball court and ping pong tables were great for rainy days.

This was a beautiful property with stunning views and access to the ocean. Modern, light, spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, baby gates and crib - perfect for multi-gen families. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Barachois Beach house for our annual book club retreat and we were blown away! The house is stunning- photos don’t do it justice! The house is fully stocked with everything you need and Valicia was a great help with any questions we had about the property. The common area was perfect for our group hangs and meals- no one felt disconnected if they were preparing food.

Amazing Week!

Our whole group absolutely loved the place. It was right next to the ocean and the yard was perfect to play games outside. The basketball court was also a big highlight!

Spectacular home and property

We were 4 couples and had an amazing week, this is a special home on a spectacular property. Extremely comfortable home for the 8 of us and we enjoyed the location, kitchen for cooking and many entertainment options for socializing after our golf games! Highly recommend this property for families or groups.

Simply Amazing!!

The design of the house was incredible and the views were stunning. The house was very clean, the online listing was accurate and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time at the house cooking, watching moves, playing basketball and relaxing. It was fun driving around the countryside. We will be back in the future!!

Fabulous Family Retreat

First time home in over 5 years so we had family come in from near and wide. It was the perfect spot for our family and our 5 young children. Easy walk to the beach and fabulous frontage to just play. The indoor/outdoor feel kept us connected. The outdoor shower and multiple play options made things easy. All in all a fabulous stay.

North Shore PEI at its best.

I am an Islander Living in Moncton New Brunswick. Grew up in North Granville on the Trout River PEIHave never heard of Anglo Rustico, but now that we have been there, we will be back. The location, layout, quality of workmanship, choice of fixtures, and decorations, pure comfort make this property exceptional. We were 12 to 14 guests that enjoyed the outdoor space, the short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the Sand dunes and Gulf of st. LawrenceCannot say enough about this place We will be back.

Amazing week at the beach!

Outstanding property for a large group. TeenAgers loved the basketball net. All of us loved the openness and sitting on the beautiful deck. Finishes in house are stunning. We had one issue we needed help with So called the number on the listing, within 10 minutes the nicest gentlemen came and resolved it for us. Overall this is an excellent rental! We’ll be back for sure:

Relaxing Vacation spot

Beautiful tranquil spot, lots of room for families to retire to their own corners with own bathrooms. Got kind of loud with the noise of a few little kids in the big echoey space. The toys, trikes, basketball court were enjoyed. Spiders on the deck and flies inside were annoying although we made great efforts to close the sliding doors each time. It's that time of year I guess. Generous towels and kitchen supplies. There were many nice touches and add ons that contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Big House in Anglo Rustico

It is a beautiful property. It is well designed and had ample space for 14 people. 8 adults and 2 teens and 4 children fit in well. Large cooking area, large entertaining space, well laid out for both. Higher end appliances, the whole family needs to get a new toaster after using the toaster in the house. There is a fine sand beach about a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Just over the road in front of the house and then a walk down to the beach. Beautiful beach, nice sand, great for the kids. Lots of space downstairs for the kids to play. Comes fully stocked with toys and games too. One of the doors sticks by the grill, but that was our biggest complaint. Beautiful property, beautiful view. Lovely vacation.

Family holiday

A few comments: This is not a beachfront property! It is a beachview property. We didn’t mind the 7 to 10minute walk to the beach but it was not as advertised! It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods for our 9 night stay?? We needed more than 8 chairs at the table! Throws or extra blankets would have been nice. It was too cold to sit downstairs to watch tv. There was no empty space in the kitchen for food storage. Some kind of window shades would have been nice for the sleeping areas like the study where our 6 year old woke every morning with the sunrise! Hello I’m up!!! The laundry room was very well equipped. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Toys for children were great! Outside seating was wonderful and the BBQ worked beautifully! All in all it was a wonderful family vacation!

L’endroit est magnifique, avec un emplacement calme et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons adoré séjourné dans ce chalet, nous étions 3 familles et tout le monde avait sa chambre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les lits confortables et elles ont une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avions tout le nécessaire et même des couvertures de plus étaient fournies.Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour aller à la plage (serviettes, chaises, jouets de sable) et celle ci est à quelques minutes à pied. Les espaces communs sont bien aménagés pour accueillir un grand groupe. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et même de grandes casseroles pour faire cuire du homard. Le terrain est super grand et il y a un emplacement pour faire un feu extérieur.Nous avons eu une température un peu froide durant notre séjour mais grâce à ce chalet nous avons passés de super moments en famille avec tous les espaces de jeux (gymnase aménagé pour jouer au basketball, table de ping-pong, espace cinéma et plusieurs jouets et jeux pour amuser toute la famille).Le chalet est à quelques minutes en voiture d’un golf, d’une poissonnerie, d’un marché, de cafés et plusieurs parcs d’amusement. Merci énormément de nous permettre de profiter de ce magnifique et grandiose chalet. Nous prévoyons déjà y retourner l’an prochain!
