Great place for two folks on casual vacation.The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked. They even had a crockpot!The beds and pillows were comfortable.The hot tub was down one flight and perfect. You’re less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The sunset is beautiful from the private beach.The management company was very quick to answer any questions we had.The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and just down the street from the Safeway grocery store.We would definitely stay her again if we are ever in Tahoe.

Cozy and Convenient Heavenly Getaway

A delightful and spotless little gem in a prime location, just a 5-minute drive to Heavenly. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, making it perfect for a stay with my son. It was so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave! The property management is exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be returning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Thr location couldn’t be better, all the things you could ever need are within walking distance. The ammenities are fantastic, and views from the private beach are glorious. The condo is great, the bathroom is a bit tight but the rest is so great it doesn’t matter.

We both commented on how nice the fixtures were and how clean everything was. It was quiet and felt homey. It is a short walk across the street from Whole Foods, which is very convenient. The condo is fully stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent condo in every respect. Very clean with simple, nicely designed furniture and accessories. Kitchen was perfect - tasteful, seemingly new dishes, utensils, and cookware. Appreciated how clean everything was! Quiet location on the back side of the building (away from Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Only noise is from upstairs neighbors but not the fault of condo.Two areas for improvement: 1) the small patio is nice for fresh area, but not for sitting outside. It would be better if the small table and chairs were bar height instead of regular height. As is you find yourself looking straight at the solid patio wall; not particularly pleasant. A higher seat would allow the view to be over the patio wall. 2) Shower: the doors need work;they are very difficult to slide. Shower floor is slippery and needs some anti-slip application. Lastly the shower handle itself is loose which makes adjusting the water temperature difficult.

Our family had an excellent stay at Lakeland Village in South Lake Tahoe. The location is absolutely perfect, with beautiful lake access, stunning mountain views, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.The property offers a wonderful balance of relaxation and convenience. We especially enjoyed the private beach area, pools, hot tubs, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained and provide a true Lake Tahoe experience.Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Having a full kitchen and spacious living area was especially helpful for our family trip.What truly makes Lakeland Village special is its unbeatable location right on the lake while still being just minutes from Heavenly Village and all the activities South Lake Tahoe has to offer.We would highly recommend Lakeland Village to families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable Lake Tahoe getaway. We look forward to returning in the future!

The condo was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. It was the perfect size for 2 people. I think 3 would be tight. The building itself was old, but the condo was modernized and well decorated. We loved the walking distance to the lake and stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend for a South Lake Tahoe stay in the heart of the action!
