Perfect for any season, this condo is located within walking distance of the Lakeland Lodge, Heavenly Ski Shop, and many of the area’s most popular attractions. The fully remodeled interior boasts a full kitchen, two smart TVs, and a full-size sofabed in the living area.







Relax in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy a cup of hot cocoa on the spacious balcony. Added perks include free WiFi, partial air-conditioning, a storage closet (perfect for ski gear), cable and streaming capabilities, and on-site parking. Take advantage of incredible shared amenities, including pools, a lake-view hot tub, barbecue areas with grills, a sauna, beach access, laundry facilities, and a marina.







Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply.
