From the owner: We are glad the location provided convenient access to both Mountain View and Blanchard Springs, but we are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay fell short. We use professional photographers so we can be sure our images accurately reflect the home, including the layout and amenities, so guests can decide before booking if the space meets their expectations. Additionally, a washer and dryer are not advertised as included in this property. Our team was made aware of the TV issue during your stay and has since fully replaced the television to ensure it is working properly for future guests. The amount approved by you was refunded for the inconvenience.

We would like to clarify that an unprecedented criminal incident occurred at the property immediately before your scheduled arrival. The view from the home is just as pictured and continues to be one of its most appreciated features.-Regarding the kitchen, we believe it is adequately stocked for typical cooking needs, but we’re always happy to provide any specific items that may be missing—guests are encouraged to let us know.-As for the location, the area is rural with light traffic, and we’ve not received noise-related complaints in the past.Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay!
