Very convenient to downtown Greenville. The beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area was ok but the house location felt safe. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. We were allowed to check in early since house had been cleaned. Great getaway weekend!

Cute place

Unit was as advertised, well appointed, and clean. Nice seating area outside and room for 2 cars in driveway. Area is up and coming but still a little shabby, quiet at night. Short ride to DT GVL.

Cute cottage

Property was selected because of location where we needed to be. Outside area looked nice but neighborhood cats are enjoying the furniture.

Hi Linda, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and outdoor space. For an even more comfortable experience, we recommend keeping the gazebo screens closed when not in use. This helps minimize any potential issues with neighborhood animals, ensuring a more pleasant and serene environment for all guests.

Better than described

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Everything was as descibed or better and we could tell our hosts went the extra mile, including a pleasant text message from the local host before our arrival introducing themselves. The cottage was clean, well organized and had all of the accommodations listed and more.I would absolutely stay here again while traveling to Greenville!

It was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. Spotless, and decorated in such a beautiful way. The swings on the front porch were our favorite place to be. The view from the porch was amazing. -The old mill, the ballfield, where "shoeless Joe Jackson" got his start . The beautiful unusual grove of trees. Avery special place!

It was close to downtown, but the area was just outside and up and coming part of town. Lots of older homes close to new construction.

Perfect!

We came to Greenville for a wedding downtown. The house was perfect and plenty of space for four adults to get ready for a wedding. Beds were comfortable and house was incredibly clean. The cabanas in the backyard were a great place to enjoy the sunshine. 6 minute uber downtown was very convenient. Property manager and neighbor both checked in and were super accommodating. 10/10!

I stayed for a week while tending to my dad in the hospital, and the house was perfect for my stay. It was really cute and well remodeled - very clean, with all the amenities you might need if you forgot a toothbrush or toothpaste, laundry, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. I worked remotely for two days of my stay and the internet completely held up to my need. I had one question about the security system when I arrived late Saturday night; Jaime was quick to respond and take care of things. Homes in the neighborhood are in varying state of being maintained, but there were families with dogs and strollers making use of the field and park across the street - felt completely safe. Backyard/outdoor room space is lovely, although I didn't get to utilize it. This house is an excellent option for visiting family or friends on the west side of Greenville.

The house was super nice and well thought out. You could tell the owner wants to have a good experience for you. The kitchen was stocked on utensils and kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom had soap shampoo and extra towels. The neighborhood looked kind of rough but we had no noise issues or disturbances. We had an issue with the key but the owner was quite to respond and had a back up solution immediately. The backyard set up was beautiful. I have 0 complaints for this property or manager.

We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and accuracy of our listings seriously. We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following:- An exterminator was sent promptly after the ant issue was reported, and since my personal contact information was provided, I would have been glad to address any additional concerns during your stay.- The property is located in Greenville County, about six minutes from downtown Greenville by car, rather than in Berea.- Since this is the first time I’ve heard concerns about guests feeling unsafe in the area, I was surprised to hear you felt that way while also staying through your full reservation. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Your input helps us continue delivering exceptional stays.
