Great Relaxing Place

I stayed here for a work trip & I was very nice cozy place. I loved the New Appliances through out the house & I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a lil homie getaway. Will surely be booking again in the future.

A really nice 3 bedroom,brand new,great kitchen.all mod cons. Quiet location short Uber trip to downtown.You won't find much better than this one. Book it!

So clean and they thought of everything you might need

We rented this property for two weeks while purchasing a house in the area. It was by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed. It’s been nicely remodeled and they have absolutely thought of everything that you might need. It was located in a lower income neighborhood but definitely safe. Neighbors were friendly. We arrived just a couple days after the storm and everything was ready for us when arrived. The property manager contacted us several times before arrival and was so kind and answered our questions. I was hoping the back yard was completely fenced being a dog friendly home. But it’s not. Not a big deal. The only thing I would change is that it’s a little over staged (lots of decorative pillows, extra furniture, decor/accessories). It made it a little difficult to live in since it’s a smaller home. But that’s just me being overly picky. It’s a lovely place to stay and we had wished they had availability to host us for one last week before closing on our home.

False advertising

We have been specifically looking for a house with a king bed. In the features list it was advertised with 2 king beds. The description explicitly said that one of the bedrooms had a king bed. When we arrived none of it was true. Each of the bedrooms had only a queen bed. That put a big dent in our vacation enjoyment. There was only one nightstand and one night light in each bedroom. That was very inconvenient. We had to get a chair from the living room and a light to have a makeshift night stand. There have been no kitchen towels, so we had to buy some and wash them to be able to dry our dishes. No can or pot for making tea. We had to make our tea in a sauce pan. There was no manual or description on how to work the Roku box for the TV. We think the owner never slept in his own house to see how everything works and we have been probably the first renters. We demand a partial refund for the false advertising which was a major drawback for us.

Nette, ruhige Gegend. Das Haus ist sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr schnell. Das Internet ist schnell, die Küche hat alle nötigen Geräte. Die Matratze ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. Da ich geschäftlich Unterwegs war, hätte ich eine Rechnung mit der Firmenanschrift benötigt. Leider war dies weder über den Gastgeber, noch über FeWo-direkt möglich. Aber die korrekte Rechnungsausstellung war auch in einem Business-Hotel in der Nähe in sehr harter Kampf.
