At 4,630 square feet, this two-story home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and groups visiting Orlando’s theme parks and attractions. With themed bedrooms, a private pool and spa, an in-home movie theater, and a game room, there’s plenty of space to relax and have fun between park days.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area features elegant wood flooring, plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and direct access to the pool and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar with seating for 6. The nearby dining area features a spacious table with seating for 10, making family meals and group dinners easy and comfortable.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home offers 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for groups of up to 18 guests. Three of the bedrooms feature fun themes designed to add an extra touch of excitement for kids and families.



Entertainment

Enjoy plenty of entertainment without leaving the house. The second-floor in-home movie theater features two rows of cinema-style seating, making it perfect for family movie nights. This vacation home is located within the Encore at Reunion community, but does not include access to Encore Resort amenities or the onsite water park. The property cannot be used for events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of 18 guests.

Getting Around:

There’s a large driveway that allows for plenty of free parking for the whole family plus additional street parking if needed. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. It’s very easy to get around the area as your beautiful neighborhood leads you out to two major highways. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is part of the Encore Resort at Reunion Community. **This property does not have access to the Encore Resort Community amenities nor to the onsite Water Park.**



Pool

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

• Please note, when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
