Clean room, clean bathroom, clean towels and amenities provided. The air conditioning unit worked very well for the summer. Easy drive to grocery stores, shopping, and train stations into Manhattan. The host's family lives upstairs so some noise gets through however I was able to easily sleep without any disturbances. The host made the check-in and check-out process very easy and was always available to communicate in case I needed anything. Parking in the driveway and the Keurig coffee pod machine made my wonderful stay even more perfect. The neighborhood was always safe and lovely to walk around especially with a gated park nearby and well-lit neighborhoods. I would 100% stay here again.

The host was reachable once I got past the AI responses on the chat. She was not accessible through the app though. There were quite a lot of bugs and the dishes didn't seem to be clean. When I was sitting on the chair, I had to flick ants off of me. When we first got there we were unable to reach the host, but eventually she let us in. While it was cold outside, it was very hot inside and the AC did not really help. The "snacks" provided consisted of three bags of goldfish with a kurig that had no pods. The host and her family live upstairs so you could hear people frequently. Not that surprising, but just a heads up the walls are thin.
