This place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was super clean and in a great spot to walk to some dinner spots, and much more depending on when you visit. We would totally recommend to anyone wanting to visit Chincoteague.

Very nice house

We loved the stay. The street was quiet and the house had enough room for our three kids. The kitchen was also great for cooking our own meals here and there

Nice stay in Chincoteague

My family (wife, three boys, and I) really enjoyed our stay in Chincoteague. The home has been nicely updated, and there was plenty of space for us. It was also very clean, and we really liked the location. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Chincoteague. clean. It is

Coastal getaway

My daughter, grandson and I stayed at the Precious Time house for two nights. It is a fabulous, well equipped, and super clean place. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and every room is very spacious. We each had our own space at the end of our busy days on the island. We definitely want to come back and stay!

This Chincoteague property was clean, spacious, and located close to everything. The shorts are short, walk to the downtown, movie theater, restaurants, shopping... If you really wanted to, you could walk the whole island! But truly this property was located in the heart of everything. Neighborhood is calm & safe. Everything on Chincoteague is safe! Blue rockers on front porch are so quaint. Washer and dryer. Clean bathrooms. Front porch and side porch in case you have sandy things. Large living room t v and sectional for a family movie night. Plenty of parking. We fit 2 small cars and a minivan in the driveway! The owners were communicative and kind. I would definitely stay there again with my family!
