Old natural stone house with sea view

The restored farmhouse is inhabited by you alone and is very quietly located in an old shepherd's village (5 km from the sea, approx. 10 minutes by car) in the middle of lavender and rosemary fields above the town of Hvar (by the sea), with its beautiful old town and invites you to stroll through its numerous restaurants.
The house is located in a romantic garden with a stone bench, which is surrounded by old overgrown brickwork. The old almond trees provide shade in midsummer.
The house offers enough space for up to 4 adults on 3 levels.

Large kitchen (15 sqm), 2 bedrooms, living room with satellite TV Astra (30 sqm), shower, toilet, wonderful terrace with a fantastic sea view. Courtyard with nice seats, garden with old almond trees, parking space for cars.

The island of Hvar is one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world according to 'Traveler' and, according to the Adac test, has the best water quality in the Mediterranean


Walk the ancient donkey trails in the maquis. Fantastic hiking routes across the island in the vineyards and lavender fields. (from the edge of the village). Small quiet bays can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Dine romantic, Dalmatian in one of the countless taverns in the old town of Hvar. (approx. 10 minutes by car)
