Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway on Fort Myers Beach! This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront pool home offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and relaxed island living. Situated on a canal with access to the bay, you'll enjoy beautiful water views and the opportunity to fish right from your backyard. The home also features a private dock, making it easy to head out to nearby sandbars, explore the waterways, or enjoy a day of boating.

The outdoor space is designed for making the most of the Florida sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the private heated pool, relax on the spacious pool deck, or gather with family and friends in the outdoor entertainment area while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Inside, the home features a bright open-concept living area with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, and the cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
The sleeping accommodations are ideal for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. For additional flexibility, the separate ground-level living area includes two sleeper sofas, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups. The third full bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground level.

A 23' pontoon boat is available for rent onsite through a third-party provider and operated by a certified captain — a unique way to elevate your stay. great family escape location

Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and park. Roomy enough for everyto enjoy their own space and then gatther for sinner or by the pool as well.

Feb 2025 vacation

The house was very nice, clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The pool was cold i would say not very swimmable this time of year but we did not use it much due to not being at the house during the day. The hot tub was a nice treat. The rooms and bedding were clean and there were extra sheets and pillows in the closest. The location is fantastic. The only critique we had was it was difficult to get in touch with the management company prior to the reservation or get detailed information of the house. We wanted to make sure there was extra bedding/pillows but they were not sure. most of the communication is through automated emails which is easy but sometimes it's nice to get confirmation from someone. The office is just over the bridge if you aren't able to get in touch with someone. Also FYI to our surprise there was a car taking up the driveway when we returned to the house. Which made parking our 2 cars a challenge. I believe it was the owner using the boat at the house. There was no mention to this in the listing.Great place overall
