This place was in a great location & very clean. The cost of the unit wasn’t terrible but adding in the parking & resort fees (approx $100 per day) made it expensive.

We loved the location and the view. Only issue we had was the barn door for the bathroom was very difficult to slide open and close. Also the food at the resort is a bit pricey.

This was the best family vacation yet. The views from the room are unbeatable, we watched dolphins and manatees from the balcony and on the private beach everyday. The staff at the Marriott were extremely friendly and courteous. Having a cafe for coffee every morning was great. Short walking distance to many restaurants, jet ski rentals, kayak and paddle boat rentals on site and many shopping areas, including a grocery market right across the street. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

The view and room as well as resort were overall great! We especially loved the beach staff and restaurants. A couple things to note about the room….1. We found dirty clothes in the master bedroom dresser drawer. I can only assume it was from a previous guest. 2. The bathroom sliding door sticks and the lock looks like it was previously broken and someone tried to repair instead of replacing. 3. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so when you shower the steam will set up the fire alarms. The front desk was quick to call and check on us but still should probably address that sooner rather later. We really did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay at JW MARRIOTT again.

We gladly would have came and grabbed them had you let us know, it was an honest mistake. we assessed the exhaust fan today and found no issues with it. The door handle a guest recently broke and we are awaiting for the new one to come in. so sorry that disrupted your stay. good luck with your future rentals.

Great long weekend!

We had a great long weekend staying in this unit and property! We really enjoyed having beach chairs & beach service. We did not rent a car and used the trolley if we wanted to travel outside of walking distance. I wish the condo had a dishwasher but not the end of the world!

Truly five-star Hotel service in every way!

Definitely Five-Star hotel service all around! We are a couple with a teenage daughter and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful one-bedroom unit at the JW Residence. It truly exceeded our expectations! The space was much larger than we imagined—gorgeous, modern, and luxurious. Everything felt brand new, and the stunning views of the blue ocean and beach made it even more special. We had such a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much!

The property was clean if you have an aversion to strong scents, please advise them ahead of time. Bathroom door would not close. Not much storage for your clothes it was used for extra bedding. property was a little worn.

Apologies that the fabuloso our cleaners use was that much of a bother for your stay. Typically when guests have as much of a sensitivity to scented cleaning products as one of your guests does they reach out ahead of time and inform us of that. We gladly would have accommodated. Our cleaners do use a drawer or two for a few extra towels and linens, but there is still plenty of storage, especially for a short stay, which most of our reservations are. Condo is far from worn. Good luck with your future rentals!

Great place to stay on Clearwater beach. Hotel was new and clean and had an amazing view and beach! Hotel restaurants were very convenient for all our meals. Very relaxing place to stay!
