You can do as much or as little as you like at Clearwater Beach, a bustling beach town that offers spectacular white sand beaches, a wide variety of water sports, and several local restaurants and boutiques. It's a perfect spot for spring break, romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from cold winter weather!

To help you settle in, we provide a starter set of essentials, including:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink

You’ll also receive one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per guest, based on the home’s maximum occupancy.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, AND YOU ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED; HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and we will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no-refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not make anyone an exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which ensures the guest's instructions will auto-send at 3 PM on the day of arrival.

Please be aware that this unit is not managed by Marriott, and other than going to the front desk to obtain a keycard when you check in, you should not have interaction with the Marriott staff with regard to the unit you have booked, as this unit is owned by a private individual and is not part of Marriott's booking pool.

The Marriott front desk, or any of their staff, does not have the authority to help with the following: early check-ins or late check-outs, assist with repair issues, assist with cleaning issues, bring towels/linens or any item, nor clean the unit.

The condo was perfectly appointed and communication with host was excellent. Great resort amenities to enjoy with comfort of a place to call home during your stay. Gorgeous sunsets! Would stay again!

The place was nice but couldn't use any of the amenities such as beach and pool. The roof top pool was closed most of our trip due to winds and beach couldn't be used because the sand was pelleting us. The Marriott still charged us over 35 per day for the resort fees. I felt like I signed my life away with the rental agreement and was nervous the whole time that I wouldn't do someone excactly perfect per the agreement. Late check in after 4 pm and early checkout at 10 am made it impossible to take advantage of the resort on arrival and departure days. We did use the bike rentals on two days for 2 hours which was nice. Florida weather is very unpredictable in January and February so not sure we will be back.
