29 m² apartment in Port d'Arcachon with an open-concept living room and kitchenette featuring a double sleeper sofa, and 1 bedroom with a double bed and closet. The entire space opens onto a balcony overlooking the Arcachon Basin. Direct beach access from the Aiguillon area (tide-dependent).
Lift available, but no parking on-site; however, free street parking is available in the streets surrounding the residence.

Emplacement idéal au calme face à l'eau

Location entièrement conforme à la description; très bien située et à proximité des commerces; la piste cyclable nous emmène en moins de 10mn au centre ville d'Arcachon. Propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons !
