Lovely cabin setup quite close to Taupo, we appreciated how clean and tidy everything was for our arrival. Serena was very attentive- answered even late night questions despite the inconvenience (sorry about that!) -and we had a great time even with near record cold (a heater or two in addition to what's on offer does come in handy). All in all, it fit our desire for a cozy winter cabin stay quite well. Also! A gorgeous lake view with a short walk up the street.Thank you again, it was very comfy and homey!

We were overall happy with our stau our only critiques would be the lawns and gardens werent maintained and the listing said it was only 13 ks from taupo but was actually 26ks amd all our planned activities were in taupo itself...other then that we would recommend this property to others

We really appreciate and value your feedback. This helps us maintain the standard we aim to achieve for every booking. We have always taken pride in maintaining 5 star rating on other sites and 10/10 from this site. So we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations this time. Disappointed to hear the lawn and gardens were not to standard. We were assured by our contractor that looks after the section that it was done only days prior to your arrival. Your feedback allows us to address with our contractor to ensure this does not happen again. In regards to distance to Taupo, this section you refer to is generated by the site via google maps which unfortunately we have no control over this section of our listing on this site. We are however pleased that everything else went well for your stay. Nga mihi Serena
