You will be seduced by this house in a small village in the south in peace and under the sun. This house will soothe you and rest you. You can go for many walks as well as hikes without taking the car. You will be able to discover an ancient site .this village deserves to be known.
The house is old but modernised, stone house. You will find a master suite of 40m2, including a bathroom with bathtub and its own toilet. You will also find a large screen (155), wifi, a bed in 180x200. Air-conditioned bedroom. From this suite you will have direct access to the swimming pool.
On the same landing there is a bedroom of 13 m2 and one of 11m2, the beds are 160/200 and 140/200.
These 2 bedrooms are served by a walk-in shower and 2 sinks, separate toilet.
A dozen steps will lead you to a living room of 80 m2 with exposed beams equipped with a designer living room, an American kitchen that combines contemporary with modern. A toilet is located in this living room. Large screen TV with all channels even étrangères.et soundbar with wifi. The living room opens onto a 50 m2 terrace with large anduze pots, with a table for 12 people and a 4x4m parasol.
On the pool side, 2 deckchairs, a designer rocking chair, 2 starck armchairs, as well as a table and parasol. A barbecue awaits you as well as garden furniture for the aperitif. We wish you a very good holiday in this magnificent house.
