Pretty nice villa ideal for families with swimming pool (7 5mx4m) and garden suitable for children (ping pong, tennis 100m, ...) and parents (two shady terraces + barbecue + plancha). Near the village center, the tramway (towards Montpellier), 20 minutes from the beaches, ideal for walks (few minutes walk from the lake of Crès, 30 minutes by car from the pic st loup ..), for sports holidays: tennis courts at 50m, municipal swimming pool at 200m, jogging in the scrubland, swimming at Lac du Crès or municipal swimming pool ...
4 bedrooms (4 double beds) + mezzanine (1 double sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, large living room.
2 terraces, 1 swimming pool, 1 barbecue, 1 plancha. Price: 2700 euros the fortnight

Très bonnes vacances

Maison très agréable. Hôtes disponibles et sympathiques. Avec une climatisation plus puissante, j'aurais écrit parfait dans le titre. Mais il faut dire qu'on était en pleine canicule. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très bonne semaine passée entre amis. Nous avons juste eu un peu chaud dans les chambres (surtout en haut, mais en bas aussi!) La piscine est très agréable et le salon aussi! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Accueil et organisation du séjour au top avec les interlocuteurs. Merci

Bien mais

Maison familiale agréable et fille du propriétaire très Sympa et disponible mais nous avons été déçu : - par l’environnement : le voisin est garagiste dans son jardin, c’est parfois bruyant quand on est dans la piscine. - par l’état moyen des salles de bain : nous étions 8 et avions recherché précisément 2 salles de bain mais la 2è est pour l’appoint, les canalisations ne suivent pas (toilettes et éviers bouchés). - la 4e chambre à l’étage dans laquelle il fait bien trop chaud pour dormir sous les combles. Enfin, la piscine n’est pas sécurisée car la barrière n’est pas bien fixée.
