About this property

Gulf Views from your 2 private balconies!

Escape to our spacious 1200+ sq. ft condo featuring 2 bedrooms with king beds (including a loft), 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 gulf-view balconies. Situated at the front of Horizon South community, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the beach or you can enjoy the 4 pools, tennis courts, hot tub, mini-golf, or basketball court on-site! With proximity to dining, shopping, Pier Park, Camp Helen State Park, and Frank Brown Park, an incredible vacation experience awaits!

Some additional details about our condo and community. We are in a 3 story building that does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our condo. Also, as many other communities do in PCB, guests must purchase wristbands for guests to access amenities, regardless of whether they plan to use them or not. These wristbands cost a one-time fee of $20 per person. Additionally, a mandatory parking pass priced at $25 is required for all guests.

This was a great stay for my family and I. The only negative was the work that was being done on the communities pipes and drainage made for a messy walk through to the beach but once finished it'll be an easy and seamless quick walk to my kind of paradise. This is an awesome location and a very well stocked, comfortable and functional unit.
Just steps onto the beach access across the street from the condo.

Very nice, Condo had everything you needed, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very nice place to stay . Close to beach. Quite neighborhood. Pools were nice and warm. Paul was very good about sending all the information that was needed for a 1st timer to feel comfortable about where they were going and the stay. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. We had no idea how close it was to the beach! The beach cart was a good help for transporting beach chairs and everything. We didn't have to carry it all yourself. The apartment is very comfortable. New floors, sinks, furniture, and more. New high-quality mattresses and pillows. All this makes the stay pleasant and comfortable. The views from the two balconies are wonderful at any time of the day.

Felt like home

Was everything they said is was, short walk to the beach, traffic in and out on front street was great. Really enjoyed our stay, quick response from owners if we needed anything. Very quiet accommodations. I’ll admit I was nervous due to proximity to the pool, never hear anyone out there. Beautiful view from the upper balcony, pictures on VRBO don’t do it any justice. Spent every morning on balcony enjoying my coffee. Will definitely book again for our next trip here.

This is a family-oriented community with a multitude of amenities with very close beach access. In addition, there are 2 balconies with a hard to beat view of the gulf in this price range.
