Tucked away on a serene and peaceful location, this delightful residence is surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of magnificent bushland.

Inside you`ll be welcomed by the large, open plan living area with pine panel walls, high raked ceilings, and a combustion fireplace for those cold winter nights. The fully enclosed balcony offers a relaxing space to enjoy the refreshing summer breezes. The kitchen exudes a nostalgic charm with its older-style design, evoking a sense of warmth and character. Featuring classic cabinetry, fully equipped with all cooking utensils and modern electric appliances.

The main living area is accompanied by a versatile loft space, ideal for either a study or a comfortable sitting/reading nook. The lower level of the home provides two further bedrooms with direct access to the covered veranda and tranquil backyard.

*Open plan living with combustion fireplace, split-cycle air conditioning, Samsung smart TV, ceiling fans, and large screened balcony.
*Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, Bosch Dishwasher, electric cooktop along with pantry basics.
*Weber Gas BBQ on the front veranda and outdoor seating.
*All bedrooms have stand alone fans and clothing storage
*Combined laundry and main bathroom with washing machine, iron and board - there is a retractable clothes line in the backyard.
*Pets are welcome, however the property is not fenced and there are resident wildlife present.
*Parking for 2 vehicles at the bottom of the driveway as well as a single car spot at the top of the driveway - access via Fraser Rd.

Access to this property is via a steep driveway off Fraser Rd.
There are stairs to access the property via Hardys Bay Pde.

Check in was really easy and they made sure we were comfortable and everything met our needs. During this cold wet weather the house for 2 people and our dog was warm, cosy and pet friendly.

The house itself is very must like a log cabin in the woods with water glimpses. It’s spacious but a bit dated. The third bedroom is really a bed in a space at the bottom of the stairs on the lower floor. There is an extremely steep laneway to get to the property by car which would be a worry if you had a low slung car. The problem we had was that the AC did not work and the wood for the fireplace was wet and there were no fire starters or lighter so the place was freezing. The property managers though moved us to another property that same day which was warm so all worked out in the end.

Thank you for your review. We’re truly sorry that the property didn’t meet your expectations. While the issues raised were completely out of control, we did everything we could to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including providing additional heaters, firewood, firelighters and ultimately arranging to move you to a more suitable property. The air conditioning has since been repaired, and we have made sure the property is well stocked with plenty of firewood and firelighters to ensure future guest comfort. The property is an original-style cottage, but that is one of its unique features that gives it a sense of warmth and character. We hope you enjoyed your stay at the house in which you were moved to and that you would consider booking with us again in the future.
