Good location in a quiet pocket in North Avoca, just down the road from a cafe and general store and two streets in from dog friendly beach. Comfortable accomodation which was exactly as it said in the listing. We enjoyed our stay.

Although the propert was generally very good I was disappointed with the lack of attention to small important details. No dishcloth, oven mints, tea towel paper towels or scissors to be found. We needed all of those. For the price I paid I would have also liked little extras such as hotel style peanut butter, Vegemite, honey one use packets. And we did find the two wooden stairs from 1st level to front door hard to manage without a rail the keys all so hard to use we couldn’t open any windows. We did however enjoy a relaxing comfortable stay . Rose

The house was lovely and beds very comfortable. The kitchen had limited supplies and instructions. I could not get the oven to work.There was building happening all around the place. The builders were lovely but the noise annoying.The 2 stairs had no banister so I grabbed the right side and moved down the none stair section. I am 63 and found Iwas unstable on the stairs.The owner was a bit grumpy as I did not understand I was a downstairs stayed and found the lock difficult and the key was bent

Perfection in North Avoca

Cute holiday accomodation. So close to beach cafes and restaurants. Great for family beach holiday and pet friendly is a wonderful bonus.

Beautiful beach stay

We had a great family holiday here. Fantastic location right near North Avoca beach off leash area perfect for our dog and us to enjoy. Property was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Exactly as described and easy to check in. Would definitely stay again - thank you

Good option for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay in the property. It is an older, basic style beach cabin, but it was in a great location near the dog-friendly beach and the main bed was very comfortable, and the shower was surprisingly powerful. It suited our needs for a local spot near the lovely Terrigal and surrounding area.

Great place for a family holiday

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The location is terrific. North Avoca has all the essentials (cafe, general store and surf club) and its only a 15-20 minute walk down the beach to Avoca if the surf is a bit messy at the North end of the beach for the kids. The property is good and has all the essentials to make for a good family holiday with kids.
