The property does not have a kitchen sink; all utensils had to be washed in the bathroom. The window air conditioner was not installed, so the unit was uncomfortable for the last two nights of our stay; it would have been nice if a portable fan had been available.

Hi Eric, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Many guests choose this studio for its convenient location just steps to Nauset Beach, and I'm sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. Cape Cod weather can vary quite a bit in the spring, and based on the cooler temperatures leading up to your arrival, the seasonal installation of the AC had not yet been completed. Had I known you were uncomfortable, I would have been happy to install the unit during your stay or provide fans to help keep the cottage cool. Regarding the kitchenette, this studio is equipped with a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, as described in the listing and shown in the photos. Thank you again for your feedback, it truly helps me continue improving the stay for future visitors. I hope you'll consider staying with me again in the future. -Jacqui @ Del Mar

The room was clean but the space was barely usable due to all the supplies that were stored in the drawers, closet and bathroom. You could not put your suitcases in the closet due to extra bedding and stuff on the floor. The three shelves in the bathroom were full of cleaning supplies and other things including extra batteries, light bulbs, dish drainer, etc. This left no room for personal items.There was two refrigerators in the room, and one did not work. Why was it stored there?There was a dish pan and drainer but where were dishes to be done? In the bathtub?Thanks to Ronald for coming out on Sunday to sort out the TV for us. There were 4 remotes and we could not figure out which one worked. He managed to get things working and was a very polite man.While the place is very close to Nauset Beach, that fact did not make up for the overall lack of a good rental.

The location is perfect for Nauset Beach. Really just a 5 minute walk to get there. The studio is probably best for a couple or a couple with a child. But it was clean and fairly well stocked. The area is quiet and it is just lovely to sit out on the deck and listen to the waves crashing at the beach. It’s easy to get to Skaket beach if you want a calmer water scene, and children generally enjoy Skaket beach. There’s plenty to do and see in Orleans and Brewster. A good and comfortable location. Oh and check out the Town Cover Brewery attached to Snow’s. Inviting environment and good ale!
