We had a great stay at PcB and this condo was perfect! Top Golf is right behind the Aqua. Very fun. Highly recommend dinner at The Grand Marlin!

The condo wasn’t very clean, a peanut was left on the stove. Master bed was very hard! Washer was also filthy, my husband took a rag to clean the inside and it was black. Beautiful views though, and I loved the rocker

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua 808! My kids loved the bunk bed room and the pools. We really enjoyed the ocean view balcony and the included chair service was so nice. I do wish that there were beach towels provided but we made it work and packed our own. The location was close to many great places to eat and close to activities for kids. The communication with the High Tide vacation rental company was fantastic. We will definitely book with them again in the future!

When we checked in there was a muggy smell, the floors were dirty, the sink and commodes were dirty and the balcony had bird poop everywhere. Did contact the owner and she had the housekeeper come and clean. She stated that the last time the property was stayed in was April. Knowing that, if I owned the property I would have housekeeping do a walkthrough knowing people were coming in to stay.

Thank you for the feedback! We deeply apologize for the issues you encountered upon check in. You are right. The condo should have been inspected prior to your arrival. However, our housekeepers were there within an hour of arrival to take care of the items needing cleaning. We strive to have the best condos and cleaning staff, but overlooked the prearrival inspection. Please know that is not a normal occurrence and we have spoken to the housekeeping staff. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy the rest of your week in PCB.
