Everything was perfect about this property, well equipped and very spacious and had an ensuite in each room, which was ideal. Easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. We had a lot of trouble with the booking website with the worst customer service experience but that had nothing to do with the hosts or the property.

This is a great property with a lovely pool, as pictured. The location is excellent - close to Shakespear Park and the shops at Gulf Harbour - and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.Unfortunately, there were some serious cleanliness issues. Some of the bedding had clearly not been changed, and there were items left behind (including vapes) and hair from previous occupants. This was very off-putting, and some of our group had to sleep on top of the bedding rather than use the linen.When I raised this with the owner, the response felt quite dismissive, which was disappointing given the nature of the issue.Aside from this, the property itself has a lot going for it.
