Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with upmarket amenities, the bonus of a swimming pool, gym and basement secured parking.

Just 5 minutes from the inner city and 15 mins from Christchurch Airport.

Walking distance to Hagley park, cafes and restaurants.

Stylish upmarket furniture plus a washer dryer to keep the washing up to date.

The open plan kitchen dining provides everything you need. A patio area, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening wine, you certainly will not be disappointed.

The open plan kitchen dining has all the bells and whistles so a meal is easy to prepare. Free tea, coffee, and sugar.

2 bedrooms - one with a Queen bed the second bedroom has a double bed.

Modern bathroom with good water pressure allows a lovely relaxing shower after a busy day sightseeing and shopping.

We provide free WiFi.

Public transport is walking distance, plus easy to get a uber or taxi to pick you up.

Please note pool is closed between May and Last week of October.
Please remove shoes.
Please put rubbish in bins underground park

Please do not move furniture or remove anything from property. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.

The good: Clean inside, close to everything, great location. Wi-Fi. Secure parking. The not so good: Dirty outside including a used makeshift ashtray with cigarette butts and just generally dirty outside with rubbish laying around. Very noisy, both beds, very uncomfortable. We had to swap rooms after the first night as the blinds didn't fit properly and it was very light from the streetlights. No aircon which was advertised with the unit and very hot when we arrived. However, there was a small fan in the cupboard. We couldn't have the windows open as the noise was really bad, so it was really hot and hard to sleep. It also advertised that there was 1.5 bathrooms, so we assumed this meant a second toilet, but it was just one very small bathroom with a huge 30cm step up into the shower and only one toilet and the washing machine in the bathroom. The towel racks had clearly broken, and the new ones were in weird positions that were hard to get to. There also wasn't a lot of cutlery and kitchen things so if there's more than two people you would struggle. We were also told there were only 6 stairs to get into the apartment but there were closer to 30 and with heavy bags, it was very difficult. With what we paid for the week we were disappointed as we thought this would be a lovely place to stay but it was below our expectations.
