The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located stylish apartment in the heart of the CBD.

Directly opposite the Justice Precinct, this awesome property puts you at the door of all Christchurch city has to offer.

Riverside Market, The Terrace and The Crossing, Hoyts EntX, Hagley Park and Christchurch Hospital.

Just a stroll to all award winning restaurants and boutique shopping.

The 2 bedrooms both with ensuites allows you to have your own privacy.

Our comfy beds have upmarket cotton linen so a good nights sleep is secured.

The open plan kitchen dining has floor to ceiling double glazed windows and so much natural light and warmth.

Single level with lift access and secure free basement parking.

I am available by mobile or text if you need assistance.

We do not allow extra guests after 9.00 pm. We are close to other apartments so we expect you to respect this.

No smoking of any kind is allowed.

Please look after this apartment just like you would look after your home.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Delays and cancellations due to sickness, bereavement, injury, weather can occur.

Travel insurance is always recommended when you travel internationally or domestically.

Travel insurance from Cover More has great short term and long term affordable travel insurance for cancellations or more comprehensive cover as well.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.

Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Keys got mucked up to get into our apartment which was quite inconvenient. Floor quite dirty. Lots of noise and sound, wasn’t a great sleep there
