The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and balcony. The North Shores community provides a private beach, large community swimming pool, tennis, playground and kayak launch. Bike to Cape Henlopen State Park for hiking, nature trails, bird watching, nature programs and miles of beach along the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
