Unit C is located on the second floor and includes off street parking for one car plus a Rehoboth Beach Permit for on street parking. One level living with an open kitchen and living area and two bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. There is a screened porch for your family's enjoyment. No Smoking or Vaping on property.
