Unique place! Loved every minute of our stay! Felt like in wild wild west! Would definitely come back! Airco there, fire pit with wood, all was perfect! 1hr drive from arches park. 5bout of 5 stars!

I wish you had contacted us after we sent you the “how’s everything” message. So we could have been away of your concerns. As mentioned in the listing description the cabin has a kitchenette not a full kitchen and that is why kitchen items are at a minimum. As far as water concerns it is mentioned that it does have a separate bathhouse.

This little cabin just outside Monticello was very clean and located in a peaceful, quiet area. The separate bathroom, about 30 feet away, is private and also clean.We received clear check in and check out instructions.Our only issue was with the bathroom design. While it was clean and seemed fairly new, the shower, toilet, and sink are all in one open space separated only by a curtain. There’s no wall, step, or barrier to contain the water, and the shower curtain hangs several inches above the floor. After a long day in the desert, we really needed showers, but the water ended up spreading across the entire floor, all the way to the door. The tile is beautiful, but when wet, it becomes very slick and unsafe. With three of us staying for three nights, we had only four towels and one bathmat, which we ended up using to mop the floor and create a makeshift dam to keep the water from going everywhere. For safety reasons alone, it would be worth reworking this area.That said, we truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this cabin and would definitely stay again.
