The Gypsy Loft overlooks bustling Higuera Street, featuring 2 private bedrooms, deluxe bathrooms with spa amenities, a dining area and well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, living room with fireplace and a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, washer & dryer, and free WiFi.

The SLO Brew Lofts are a collection of 5 Luxury Short Term Vacation Rentals. Located on historical Higuera Street and perched above the ultra chic Carissa Bar and Restaurant.

The Loft’s are in the center of SLO’s entertainment district, and walking-distance to the finest restaurants, shops and cocktail lounges that our town has to offer. The SLO Brew Lofts are considered one of downtown’s most sought-after stays. With views of our lively town and old SLO creek, the lofts are a happy proximity to dozens of walking-distance restaurants, shops and pubs.

SLO Brew Lofts are a Self Check IN Vacation Rental facility without a 24HR Front Desk. Staff is rarely onsite and best communication practice is through text message.

Perfect, if you can deal with noise.

We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.

Great place! Noisy but worth it

What a beautiful apartment! It was immaculately clean and very thoughtfully decorated. We had such a great time staying here. I do have to say, we didn't sleep much though, the noise level at night is unimaginable. So if you're a light sleeper, I'd look elsewhere. We had a white noise machine on and ear plugs in and still heard every line of the songs playing from the bars on Higuera St. Other than that, I'd highly recommend it!

SLO Tour Visit

The apartment is right in the heart of downtown SLO which is super fun during the day. It's very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beds super comfortable. Just be prepared for a lot of noise if you have the apartment facing the street. The pub across the street is loud and big trucks started arriving at 4:30 a.m. to offload goods for the stores. The street cleaners I think came at 5 a.m. as well. I'm a heavy sleeper but this was super tough for me and my husband. But, our kids slept through all of it.
