The property is as described. There is a parking space which was not mentioned in the description. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and we had to contact the host for check in instructions upon arrival as they were not sent to us. A fine place to stay for a night before a concert.

The property is big and clean. The sitting room and bedroom are spacious. The washing machine and dry machine are quite new. If the host can provide 2 big bowls like the salad bowls, it will be perfect. The number of the property is too small and too dark in color for us to recognize when we are driving.Besides, everything is better than expected.

Home is a back suite so nice that it’s not a converted basement. Easy to park. Location is great. Walk to lots of restaurants. Owner was very helpful and responded right away.

We kept.smelling cigarette smoke not sure where it was coming from especially in the evening. Myself and other guest have allergies do was not pleasant. Looked.to be a lot of water damage in spots on ceiling concern about mold.Dust bunnies up in the ceiling corners etc. Im sure we left cleaner than what we walked.into.Spacious and host very pleasant. If.you dont suffer with allergies your stay would be great. Fantastic location close to cafes and variety restaurants within walking distance.

Good little spot for cheap!

Pros : -Location is perfect for Canada's Wonderland, groceries and dining.-Sleeps 3 comfortably (2 in bed , 1 in sofa bed)-Washer/Dryer-Usable kitchen but not much utencils for cooking so be aware to bring your own if you plan on making meals.-Not expensive!Cons : -AC wasn't on when we got there so it was pretty hot-AC not reaching the bedroom-Wifi wasn't usable. It dropped constantly and speeds where below 10mbps.
