You will love this open concept kitchen with quartz counters, an eating bar, sleek white appliances including dishwasher, microwave. Tile floors & brand new custom cabinets and backsplash. The first floor has a family room- dining room combo, with new LVP floors, a large balcony with sliding glass doors, and 9' ceilings throughout the main level. Also, a full bath with quartz counters, new tub & shower, new fixtures, a smart mirror. A generous bedroom with carpet & 2 closets. There is also a full size LG washer & dryer, custom pantry & cabinets for storage in the laundry room. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms with carpet, with full en-suite baths, also with quartz counters, one has a large shower & separate tub. One bedroom up has its own private balcony overlooking the skies & beach. Under the unit, you will appreciate the storage, complete with refrigerator. There is also a superb covered gather space with a gas grill, as well as covered parking underneath.

Our stay at TBs beach house was a dream. The pools, the location, all of it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family. The kids loved it—love having tv’s in their rooms, loved the close proximity to the beach and the pools!! Kitchen had everything this mama needed to cook breakfast and lunch with! There was even spray and wash which I failed to pack and needed the first day there. This is where we’ll stay every time we come back to the island.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful family time at Dauphin Island! Beautiful and convenient location as well as a beautiful beach view! The Condo is beautiful but for elderly and toddlers would have quite a few trip hazards with the different floor transitions and rugs! However the mattress on the first floor needs to be replaced!!
