Escape to our modern Niagara Falls home, perfect for up 8 guests! This stylish getaway features a cozy, gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private backyard with a deck. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the Falls, casinos, and top restaurants. With private parking and a spacious layout, including a king bed and three double beds, it’s the ideal base for your family or group adventure. you’ll have private and exclusive access to the entire house for comfortable and uncorrupted stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the private backyard with its deck. A private driveway is available with dedicated parking for up to two cars. We believe in giving our guest space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We offer self check in for your convenience and will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything at all.

This was a great location for our family visit to Niagara Falls. Everything was as it appears in the pictures. We really appreciated all the little touches to make the place feel comfortable for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location was perfect, close to attractions and the border. We could even see some of the fireworks at the falls. The house fit our needs well. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was easy to contact. The bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed, but does fill the room. I read the excellent reviews before booking and agree this is a great place to stay.

This location was perfect for our trip. Minutes from the falls and from the highway, as we traveled outside of the area. Our host was lovely and very easy to connect with. The space was even more than we expected and was perfect for our family of four. We had some issues on the Vrbo side of our trip as notifications were received sometimes days later.

We’re a family of 5, two teenagers and an almost tween. This house was perfect for us. It was clean, beds were comfortable and there was adequate space to eat, shower and rest after long days exploring the falls, Toronto and Canada’s Wonderland. This location was close to Rainbow Bridge and Clifton Hill. The property features a nice back yard. My family wasn’t at the house long enough to enjoy the back yard but I would have loved that feature when my kids were younger so wanted to mention it for families who may be considering staying here with younger kids. One of my favorite things about this property is that the location is close enough to be convenient to all the hustle and bustle of the falls attractions but tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great from booking, to pre arrival, to a friendly reminder about check out. Thanks for making our stay at Niagara Falls comfortable and welcoming!

This is not a three bedroom house. What is being considered the third "bedroom" is the area on the second floor outside of the bedroom in the bathroom. This room does not have its own door. Everything else was fine.
