First VRBO experience. Honestly, it’s so much better than staying at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic and it’s in a nice quiet area. Super close to everything too.

Chandler college trip

The floor “looked” clean but turned my feet and socks black. From the first day on. Would have been nice to know that it was on the 3rd floor of a complex. Host was great! And very quick to answer any questions I had.

While the area and accommodations were very nice, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There were two couples in our group, and all four of us slept terribly because the mattresses were far too firm and the beds felt very cheap.Another downside was that the pools were not heated, so they were too cold to enjoy. We were also only provided with four towels total for a six-night stay, which was very inconvenient. With no maid service or towel refresh, having only one towel per person meant we had to keep washing the same towels to use after showers and the hot tub. I realize this was mentioned in the description, but I missed it when booking and you should provide at least two towels per person. One more issue was the toilet paper supply. We ran out during our stay. For a six-night stay, three rolls between two bathrooms was simply not enough, and both bathrooms should have been stocked with more.The property itself is in a great area and is very nice overall. However, because of the very uncomfortable beds, we would not stay here again.
