The property was squeaky clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our quiet weekend getaway. The snacks and wine provided by the host were nice touches. The local wineries pubs and restaurants were great. We would definitely consider going back.

Amazing new home, beautifully decorated! Thoughtful personal touches and surprise gifts awaited us upon arrival. The location is excellent—close to hiking, waterfalls, wineries, breweries, and plenty of food options. Because of the perfect spot, we were able to take breaks at the house in between our eventful days. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again when we return to the Finger Lakes!

Great spot! The home is close to a great breakfast place “Toni’s Diner.” They cook all their food fresh the pancakes were amazing. It is also close to a wonderful little lunch/dinner restaurant called “The Decoy.” They make all the dishes to order and portions are right. The wings, steak, and mani mahi-mahi are delicious. Watkins Glenn, many vineyards, the National Forrest park, and other fun things are under 20-30 minutes away. House is walking distance to a cute wine/liquor shop, the largest in Hector, NY. There was no grill when we stayed but there is a perfectly stocked kitchen. Seneca Lake can be seen within a short walk from the house.

We're so glad you enjoyed the location, from Toni's Diner and The Decoy to the wineries, Watkins Glen, and the walk to Seneca Lake and the local wine shop. We appreciate the note about the grill, and you'll be glad to know a new covered pavilion is planned for next season that will include a grill and related amenities.

Beautiful, new home

The property is brand new. It’s beautiful, spacious and convenient to local wineries and breweries. Home included many conveniences and special touches like water and snacks. Hosts were very welcoming.

Wonderful Accommodations

Gail and Dan were great hosts! Very accomidating and helpful. Brand new construction and very clean. I'm not a fan of fold out beds. But thiers was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend if you are in the Finger Lake region!

Great place to stay

The house was very clean upon arrival. A code was sent earlier in the day so entry was easy. Everything we needed was available. They also included coffee, creamer, water, snacks and lots of ice. They responded quickly to a question I had at the end our trip. You can hear just about everything between floors and even from the other side of the duplex.
