Third time renting here. Can’t beat the proximity to All American trail (literally right outside) and to the Slaughterpen trail system. Short ride to Coler as well and a short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. We will be back. Thanks!

Perfect location in Bentonville

This was the cleanest and best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Check in/out was easy and we were footsteps away from trails, fine dining and Crystal Bridges American Art Museum.

In town for a couple of days of mountain biking - could not have had a better place or location. The unit itself is outstanding - I don't think that I've stayed in a better prepped rental, down to the pour over coffee station. Location can't be beat - adjacent to one of the trail heads and an easy walk to the downtown restaurants.

Was a perfect long weekend getaway!! The property was amazing!! So clean, nice furnishings, comfy beds and well stocked with essential items!! Location could not have been better. The trailhead was right out our front door and the downtown area was a short walk or ride away!!Hope to return soon!

What a beautiful property! In a perfect location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to everything to want/need. My only suggestion would be more seating and more comfortable seating in the gathering area.

Dryer was unusable since the door wouldn't remain closed.The bathroom door was falling off.The beds were way too soft. More so than any that I have experienced while traveling for the last 60 years.

Absolutely one of the top 3 places I’ve ever stayed in my life.This townhouse is incredible — everything is modern, extremely clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location couldn’t be better, literally right at the trail entrance, which is perfect for mountain biking days in Bentonville.The option to pay the extra fee to access the club is 100% worth it — the club is amazing and adds a whole new level to the stay.I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Spent a great week at this property. It was clean and nicely stocked. We walked most places (restaurants and bars close by), and was a short uber from other spots. We rented bikes one day to explore the trails. The bbq spot next to the condo made for an easy lunch. We will definitely return.
