Location was safe and excellent for the bike race we were in town for. We could walk to nearly everything. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a place for our bikes and a hose to clean them which was appreciated. My only caution would be if a visitor had mobility issues, as there are steep stairs to the house. For us this was not a problem. The property manager was quick in communication.
