Up a flight of stairs, is the main living space with a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and a cozy entertainment area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and the primary has a king with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.



Downstairs, take advantage of the outdoor space with BBQ and have a lovely meal dining alfresco. Dockage can be arranged with advanced notice as this home offers 30 feet of dockage with a 20,000 lb boat lift as well as a fish cleaning station.

Our stay was from Jan-Mar, enjoyed our stay; Well appointed, easy to maintain, permanent residents very friendly and helpful, you never know what will be swimming by in the canal, great place for your daily walks, don’t miss the Pinecrest bakery just south of CVS
