Unfortunately we had to leave the place a couple of days early due to a family emergency, but we did enjoy our stay while we were there. Very nice and very clean. Comfy bed. The only downside was we could not grill there. I hadn't noticed that when I booked the place.

We're so sorry that you were disappointed in not being able to grill. The Bethany Bay HOA does not permit it and we do state it clearly in the listing. We're glad that you enjoyed the home otherwise.

Great place! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It’s very new, clean and spacious. The resort also offers so much to do for kids and adults! My boys took kayaks out, played basketball and pickleball at the courts and enjoyed the pool! My husband and I really loved how quiet and secluded the resort was! We were able to relax and kids had a great time! Thank you!

Our stay for a few days in June was good. The recently renovated condo was comfortable and clean. There were some issues with how the condo was supplied however. The bathrooms did not have a full roll of toilet paper, the kitchen did not have a full roll of paper towels or dish detergent. There was no kitchen wash cloth or kitchen towel provided. The kitchen could have used a cutting board and more serving bowls. If these are not standard with renting this condo then it should have been communicated. Otherwise the place was very nice.
