You’ll be ensconced in a quiet residential neighborhood less than two blocks from the beach but far from the crowds in Coastal Charm, a two-story beauty designed for family fun in Seaside. With its separate loft-level queen suite and adjoining space with a TV, foosball table, and sofa sleeper, it’s a great home to share with another family. The main level has three bedrooms, including a king suite, and a bright and airy great room for gathering. The living room’s vaulted ceiling, large windows, TV, and contemporary furnishings look out to a front deck with outdoor seating. A glass-fronted gas stove brings cheery warmth to both the living room and the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes many handy appliances. A barbecue and dining table on the back deck in the fully fenced yard expands your dinner repertoire and includes a new hot tub and fire pit.

We only had a few minor things that were wrong but overall we loved house, yard was fenced which was a bonus for the dogs. We all said we would rent again for sure.

Yard was overgrown, plants in yard were dead, windows all had broken sills, garage code didn’t work, garage disposal was broken, backyard was terrible, garage can in kitchen was broken, mold in the vents plus too much more! The sewer system across the street was Making us sick during the warmer times. You really need to go through another management company and housekeeping.
