Kaution einbehalten! Vorsicht!!
Macht auf jeden Fall Fotos von der Wohnung bei Ankunft und bei Abreise!
Sie bahaupten wir hätten eine Matratze beschädigt. Was dem aber nicht so war. Plötzlich haben sie uns merkwürdige Bilder geschickt und die 2000 € Kaution einbehalten. Jetzt rennen wir der Sache hinterher. Bekommen noch nicht mal eine Auskunft über eine Neuanschaffung der Matratze.
Jeder schiebt es auf den anderen und jetzt haben Sie uns sogar empfohlen unsere Haftpflichtversicherung einzuschalten.
