This was our second stay at this fantastic property. Being able to walk to Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, and the many restaurants and shops downtown is fantastic. We put in lots of steps and our dog enjoyed swimming every day. The fenced yard and fantastic deck are an extra bonus. I am sure we will be back again.

Our family was very impressed with this property. It was clean, in a great location and well maintained. The “bonus” garage room was great for our 6 year old, who loved sleeping high on a bunk bed. We walked into downtown every morning and it was an easy, flat walk. We grilled in one night and found the grill clean and ready to use. Terrific value for the property. Plenty of closet space and having a washer and dryer to clean beach towels and clothes was wonderful. We were sad to leave.
