Endroit calme, habitation au 1er étage. Attention à la porte du garage, ne l'ouvrez pas entièrement, car facilement bloquée. Salle de bain veillotte, ceci explique quelle n'apparait pas , mais pratique, et il ne manque rien, pareil pour la cuisine. Le logement est bien agencé. Petite critique sur la literie qui aurait mérité d'être de meilleur facture. Géographiquement, vous êtes à plus de 1 kilomètres de la mer.

Agréable logement conforme à la description dans une rue au calme à 10 mn en vélo du centre-ville et 5 mn de la plage de Pontaillac Logement bien agencé , lumineux et confortable Néanmoins le tapis du séjour et les canapés mériteraient un bon nettoyage La salle de bain, spacieuse aurait besoin d être rénovée

Parfait.

Très jolie appartement avec toutes les commodités. A 5min à pied ou en voiture de la plage et des commerces.Idéal pour une famille ou entre amies. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
